Discount Tire

Hands down the best experience with a tire shop I’ve ever had. I had a nail in my tire, & heard whispers that Discount Tire would repair flats for free, so I made an appointment online. They sent a text reminding me of my appointment the day before followed by a link the morning of to let them know when I was on my way to the appointment. As soon as I got there, I checked in & was greeted immediately by an employee. Once I handed my keys over, I was sent a link to track the progress of the maintenance. They finished right under their projected time & did not charge me for the flat. All in it took under an hour. I will definitely return to this shop for the customer service & ease of the entire process.

I pre ordered tires based on video reviews. I wanted all weather tires for my SUV. I purchased General Altimax 365 tires. They met my criteria (3PMSF, 105 rating for the extra weight, fuel efficient) The install was quick. They did try to charge me about $200 more than my online quote. But they honored the online price. Unfortunately I had to return 3 more times to have them try to balance them. The 3rd time they used Road Force balancing and they were much better. Not perfect. But I am no longer getting the horrible vibrations at highway speeds. After the first time I came back they tried to get me to switch to a different tire. But it wasn't rated the same. I have used Discount Tire quite a few times and this was the only time I was frustrated with the experience.

I walked in to get a flat tire repaired and, even with 6 customers ahead of me, they were able to take care of it the same day. Check-in with Kail was smooth, and Zachary did a fantastic job working on my vehicle. They removed the spare, put the original tire back in place, and checked all the tires to make sure everything was good. What really impressed me was when I asked about the bill, they said it was on them! I had purchased tires for a different vehicle a year ago, and even though the one I brought in today was a different vehicle, they still took care of me. Everything done within 2 hours! Not bad for a walk-in. This kind of customer service is exactly why people keep coming back. Excellent work, Discount Tire!

I’ve always had consistently good experiences with Discount Tire, and this location really reinforced why I continue to buy all of my tires here. Across multiple locations over the years, Discount Tire has earned my loyalty through solid service, fair pricing, and the extra value they provide — especially the free tire rotation and swap services, which I take full advantage of. That alone makes it an easy choice to keep coming back. This particular visit stood out because of how the staff handled a small but common issue. I had to come back after my service since my TPMS sensors weren’t programmed. To be fair, this has been a pretty typical occurrence for me over the past five years at various Discount Tire locations, and while I do hope that in the future TPMS programming becomes standard before handing the car back, what mattered most here was how they handled it. Instead of making me wait in line or go through another check-in process, the desk attendant immediately stepped away from the counter and walked out with me to take care of the issue on the spot. No hesitation, no frustration, no inconvenience — just quick, courteous service. That kind of responsiveness and custome
